General Shipping Info

We ship with FedEx or Canada Post Ground, depending on where you are and what kind of mood the shipping gods are in. We’ve set standard rates for most shipments, but every now and then we may need to make an adjustment. If that happens, we’ll shoot you an email to confirm before anything changes.

Most ground shipments within Canada take about 4 to 5 business days after they leave our shop. If you’re way out in BC, Newfoundland, or tucked into a rural pocket somewhere, it could take up to 10 days. We also need a few days (around 3) to pack your gear and get it out the door.

We can’t promise your order will show up on a specific day—we’re good, but we’re not time travelers. That said, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow your gear’s journey across the land.

Return Policy (The Friendly Version)

No restocking fees, no attitude. If you bought a regular priced item and need to return it, you’ve got 14 days from the original purchase to do so—just get in touch for a Return Authorization (R/A) number first.

Sale or discounted items? You’ve got 15 days, and those returns will be for store credit or exchange only. All shipping costs are on you.

We’ll offer a refund or exchange on eligible items as long as you follow the steps below:

  • Items must be shipped back to us prepaid, within 14 days of purchase, with your original receipt included.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • We don’t refund shipping costs.
  • All returns must be pre-approved—email or call us for an R/A number and write it clearly on the package.

Shipping Fees

We work with third-party carriers, and their prices have been climbing like a kid on a halfpipe. So here's how it works:

  • Original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. (Exchanges are the exception—we’ll cover that.)
  • Return shipping is your responsibility. The cost depends on your package size and where you're sending it from.

Christmas Shipping Deadlines

If you’re hoping to unwrap your gear by Christmas morning, get those orders in by December 15th. We’ll do our best to get them to you on time, but once the package leaves our hands, it’s up to the delivery elves.

Live in a rural area? Add 1 extra day. Very rural? Make that up to 3 extra days. Better safe than sorry—order early to avoid holiday heartbreak.

Taxes & Duties

Taxes are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address at checkout. Here’s the breakdown:

  • GST applies to all Canadian purchases.
  • Ontario: 13% HST
  • Atlantic provinces: 15% HST

FedEx, PayPal, and our system all work together to make sure the taxes are applied properly. No hidden surprises here.
